Bacon is not a utensil

When I need an ultra-hearty breakfast I usually go to Walker Bros. One very special morning I was seated at a table that had a peculiar place setting:
Behold! Napkin-wrapped bacon!
I was really hoping that this was their way of serving complementary slices of bacon that day. Alas my server informed me that it was not.
But DID YOU EAT IT? I’m not entirely clear on the circumstances of this bacon’s occupancy of the napkin, but I’d be willing to put a lot of suspension on my own disbelief to have a free piece of bacon.
No. Didn’t eat it.
